What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

I agree, plot 30 in Mist has awesome views

For mediums, everyone seems to always say plot 6 in the Mist. I'll agree, it does look better "on paper", which is why I got it initially. A plot 30 opened up, so I decided to move for a change of scenery, and I actually preferred it! Such a nice, roomy spot - with an amazing view to boot. I finally got a plot 5 like you, which is my favorite in the game (well 35 is actually my favorite, but you get what you can when it's available), but I sincerely believe that plot 6 is overrated and plot 30 is underrated - though they are both awesome. If I was going to downsize to another Medium though, it would have to be plot 41 in the Lavender Beds. I had this plot on another server before I moved, and it's definitely my second favorite. Shirogane 30 would probably be third, but I find it difficult to get past the interiors in Shiro... I'm also very fond of Goblet 49. Goblet 19 has too many moving shadows from the windmill during the day, which I find distracting. I can't think of a housing area that I actually prefer the main ward to the subdivision! Seems like they actually thought about orientation when they implemented the second go around... hahaha

IMO 30 is better than 6 view wise have tried both and can confirm. The only plot better than 30 in Mist is arguably 5 (Large) but 30 is probably best medium house in the Mist and one of the better Mediums in the game.

Mist 5/35 being the only Grade 1 Large house in the game speaks volumes as to how good the location is.

I have plot 36 in Mist for my FC and love it. Feels like a vacation house.

I like the large Shirogane plot with the bamboo next to it, which is my FC's house. I think it's 16/46. I've heard that a lot of players prefer the two other large ones though.
Our plot doesn't have a hotspring next to it, but it has the bamboo and this beautiful large pine tree on the mountain behind it, and behind that is a bay that you can see when you climb up the roof. We pretend that's where our submarines can come out. ;D
The only downside is that we are in the subdivision where the house is facing the northwest side. The sunsets are pretty, but I'm more of a south side type actually (even though I can't be in the sun for long irl).

I also really like Lavender Beds plot 11 (medium), even though I never had it.
I have plot 30 as my private house there and my boyfriend has the small one directly across of it. I would never have taken it alone though, because I don't like having a neighbor directly across. Together it is great though. It's close to the really huge tree, so pretty when the light shines through the leaves on the way between the houses.

Both plots don't have a market board or aetheryte directly next to it, but I don't mind that at all actually.
