What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

I love my Shirogane 43 (13) Medium. Right next to a market board and river + waterfall. Not too much extra land on the same level but got a nice bamboo patch behind it, as well as a little hill with a rock and tree on the other side from the river (and got a well on the land too just outside the wall). Great view from the front. Might have a house in front of the gate but the garden spreads both sides of the house to see nice views past it. Easy access to the roof from behind for an even better view. A lot of houses sharing the same market board as well so nice for interaction and it's right next to the centre area and markets.

I see a lot of people liking plot 8 for the beach access and the 'hidden' area.. I was considering that at first, but the view from the garden is a wall, that's all you get there. Really turned off by that bit of it.
