9/39 & 10/40 (they are as far from the beach as they come, but the grassy fields and yard around them is really serene. As is the view over the whole ward so long as so one puts up a castle. I would have stayed in this one had someone not.)

I have Mist 10/40 and really like it.

In the recent housing event, I even relocated to that exact spot from another ward because my FC got space 15. I could have gotten a beachfront space but I preferred the view from the top of the hill and having the board, bell, and crystal right in front of me.
