    Any plot that, when standing in the entrance and looking away from the house, has a minimal amount of 'other house' in its direct line of sight, is an ideal plot. Plots that require you to tilt your camera up or down intentionally to see other nearby houses when standing in the garden are also great.

    What makes a plot desirable for me:

    - Nearby marketboard and bell
    - Nearby a river (if there's a waterfall even better), the beach or central Goblet's spa.

    And that's about it.
