What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

I can chime in with the plots I think are most popular. At least for The Lavender Beds and Shirogane. The Mist and The Goblet are more assumptions, since I don't ever seek housing there. This is going off of how quickly I've seen these plots sell in the past, as well as a hint of personal preference.

The Lavender Beds:
Smalls:
Plot 28 / 58 — Secluded, beautiful backyard view of the waterfall.

Mediums:
Plot 11 / 42 — The God-tier medium. Beautiful water view (with swimming area now!), pond with flowers right outside your door, secluded, MB close by, and the house faces the water, so if any of the houses around you are an eyesore, you won't see them every time you come out of your house. (These plots sell before any mansions do in The Beds, usually.)
Plot 16 / 46 — The Second God-tier medium with a lot of the perks of Plot 11 / 41. Just on the other side of the Ferry Skipper.
Plot 27 / 57 — Close to a MB; it's literally right outside your door. Only con is pray your neighbors don’t have ugly houses/yards.
Plot 30 / 60 — Beautiful view of the waterfall, semi-secluded and not too cramped; if your neighbors have ugly houses, they won’t be too big of an eyesore for you. Bit far from an MB, but I think the waterfall view makes up for that.

Larges:
Plot 28 / 58 — Secluded with a gorgeous view.
Plot 6 / 36 — Also secluded with a nice little river running beside it; has a semi-good view of a waterfall. Not near any neighbors that would serve to be eyesores. Semi-close to an MB. I personally prefer this large over the other two.

Shirogane:
Smalls:
Haven't given much thought to the smalls, but...
Plot 21 / 51 — Beachfront small.
Plot 22 / 52 — Another beachfront small.
If you have a friend you want to live by, the two of you can buy up 21/51 and 22/52 and be cute little neighbors. :3 The houses face one another, and I think this is pretty cute.
Plot 29 / 59 — Near a MB, kind of off in its own little nook with 30/60 and 28/58.

Mediums:
Plot 8 / 38 — Hidden hot springs. That is all.

Larges:
Plot 30 / 60 — Again, hot spring right behind the plot. Nice view from the hot spring too.
Plot 16 / 46 — Bamboo forest around it; semi-unobstructed view...though the small in front of it can be an eyesore if someone makes the house gaudy.

I am actually not a fan of Plot 7 / 37 because it faces the wrong way... It’s a beachfront house...that doesn’t face the beach... That instantly makes it my last choice for a mansion in Shirogane.


Again, I'm not sure about the Mist or the Goblet. But for the Goblet, I can say any of the houses around The Brimming Heart, and Plot 13 / 43 (Large) because THAT VIEW. I was tempted to forsake the Lavender Beds for that mansion. The Mist...probably the two beach front mansions (2/32 and 5/35), and I have also heard good things about plots 29/59 (Medium) and 30/60 (Medium).

I never really looked around the Goblet or Mist, and I've only poked around the Lavender Beds a bit (by the time I'd started talking to my friend about getting a house together Shirogane was in the works, and we knew we wanted something there.)

Lavender Beds:

29/59 - love how secluded it is, and the waterfall! Managed to help a friend grab this plot this time around.
11/41 & 16/46 - cute mediums, I like the views of all of the water
28/58 - large, love for the same reason I loved 29/59
Shirogane:
17/47 - we bought this small in 4.1, and the beach/sunset view is /amazing/. Glad we've upgraded, but it was a happy first house!
22/52 - friends just bought this small and I really love the view, though not how far it is from the mb
8/38 - Easily the one we wanted most (hot spring! ocean view! hidden beach! nearby mb!), and we managed to relocate there this time around
19/49 - medium, view isn't as good as 17 because it's reversed, but still very nice beachfront property
28/58 - medium, I loved the little waterfall nearby and very close to a mb. Has kind of a nestled feeling
30/60 - large, of course, love the hot spring and the sunset, as well as the little shrine up on the hill. Also the view!

Can't be argued, the other large ones has to many close up neighbors... and the other medium houses just got odd placement, small ones because of the beach, yet would take the one next to plot 30 anyday as well as a small house, great view.

Shirogane:
Everything is too cramped together and messed up, also only popular because newest addition to the game, and in general that people flock.

Lavender beds:
Not really sure a couple of the medium ones really good position and one of the large ones as well.

Goblet:
Few houses around the pool area is nice and around that region as it is.

Funny enough I found a 21 in Mist just recently and moved in straight away. The view from the entrance is pretty spectacular.

No doubt, mist 19-21 are epic. I was fortunate to live in mist 21 for a few months, before moving to mist 30med. I still miss it though.....

Mist #30 has a really nice view of the entire beach from its elevated location.

There are pros and cons to each housing location though I am quite happy with #21 at the moment and probably won't relocate unless a good medium in Mist opens up. Specifically either #6 or #30.

I always imagine this whenever i zone in to Shirogane lol.

I gotta say, I just relocated to Plot 22 in Shiro and I'm loving it! The beach view is great.

I like my mist 19, but I would have been completely happy with 20/21
