What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

I have Mist plot 36 and tbh it's my dream plot. It's actually facing the direction I would want, it's close to MB, perfect beach view, easy access to the vendors, and it's a medium I bought a small in Shiro (plot 17 I think) when Shiro housing first launched and while it was nice being beach-front, I found the beach was cold and miserable compared to Mist, so when my FC relocated to a large in Lavender Beds, I jumped on the Mist plot super quick! My alt's fc has a small house in Goblet (plot 18?) which is really nice with the Goblet re-design. My friend owns the medium right next door and I think she has a pretty darn good spot there. Not a huge fan of LB so I can't really comment on where I'd like to buy there. My main FC is in plot 36 (large) which isn't bad, I guess?

I own plot 5 in Mist (L) for my FC and plot 6 in Lavender Beds (L) for my private home. I really like Lavender Beds but I'm in love with Mist

For me personally it goes like this:

Mist: All large plots are nice but 5 is the best imo. For a medium I love plot 30 (it was also my first house). Plot 5 and plot 30 in Mist have the best views in-game in my humble opinion.

Lavender Beds: I own plot 6 but 28 is best for a large I think. And 29 for a medium.

Goblet: I don't like anything in the Goblet lol

Shirogane: For large plot 30 without a doubt, for medium 1, 8 and 19 but my preference goes to 8.

Recently moved into Lavender Beds #28. Really love the location so far as it is quite peaceful.

The Goblet, Plot 15. It directly overlooks the pool, so you can jump off the railing and cannonball into the pool. The view is also gorgeous, specially at sunrise or sunset. Due to its position, it's also really close to the central market board and bell, so it's super useful as a crafter.

In this same location, for a medium I think Plot 19/49 is my favorite in Goblet.

This is another one I am eyeing because it has like no neighbours, is slightly elevated and has this cute little water/tree garden next to it. Also the MB is the closest for it among all the pool smalls.

Agreed. It's either #15 or #20 for Goblet (S) I think. #15 is extremely convenient for being close to the MB and the sunrise is superb. Although not as close to the pool as #20 you can overlook the whole Brimming Heart area in return.

My FC bought the first house on Midgard and we instantly went for Lav Beds 29. The private island feel is so awesome, and the waterfall right there is lovely. I wanted our neighbor at Lav 28 for my private, but I missed every time it came up.
Thankfully I was lucky enough to snag a Mist 35, so I'm not as bummed about not getting the 28 since it is my choice for second best L in game.
Never liked Goblets or Shiro much tbh.

I personally like plot 17/47 in Goblet right on the pool/swimming area. I recently moved my FC on Balmung to this spot on the 7th after the poof.

My FC on Balmung will probably never give up their Ward 1 Plot 14 Goblet house even though it's a small, mostly because when new players enter the Goblet for the first time, that plot is featured in the cutscene, and we all think that's kind of cool.

Besides that, it's not really a bad location in general if you get it in other wards where it wouldn't be in the cutscene. It's right next to a summoning bell, marketboard, and the Brimming Heart aethertye. Plus there's a waterfall behind it, and the pools all around.
