What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

My FC has plot 1 in mist which has a lovely little fountain area and arch way right outside the gate and it's positioned up and away from our neighbours. Which I would view as a shame were our ward not filled with Paissa houses -_- It's also got a neat cliffside in the back of the garden that you can clip objects to. We've got a hottub up there with great views. It's also quite elevated so it looks great with some carefully placed willow trees spilling out and over the wall and stairs.

Oooooo, mist 1 is a nice spot! Very underrated. I have a friend who was able to clip his huge knights campfire up onto the ridge behind. It's pretty wild what you can do up on the ridge.

There's one plot in Goblet which is very near to the pool and its one floor up. I thought that was a pretty cool spot.

I must say I am surprised I didn’t see anyone mention plot 18/48 in Mist. Perhaps it is a hidden gem due to distraction by the beach houses that are right below this plot. Let me tell you something about this amazing piece of land:

- Amazing panorama view over the ocean
- No houses blocking the view, you get good view no matter whether you’re facing the ocean, sides or back of the mist
- Beach is right there, underneath the plot which is risen above, and honestly gives even better view than beach houses (don’t get me wrong I love those too)
- Marketboard right outside the door
- Aethernet Shard (Mist east) right outside the door
- Vendors are just seconds away
- House is rotated towards the ocean view
- Garden has a view over the ocean. If you turn away you look at the beautiful structures of Mist, no walls, no nothing
- One of mists waterfalls on the side, no houses standing close on either left or right side of it.


If you love mist and you look for a dream plot, I recommend you to check this one out, you wont regret. Similar plot to this would be 22/52, but it doesn’t have the same benefits.

I got Mist Plot 22 and I'm super happy with it. It's not directly next to the beach, but a bit hinger and I have the stairs down to the beach right next to it. It also got a wonderful view, especially when sitting on the tree house.


Not directly the plot, but what I also like about it is the wall + bench besides the plot, which makes a lovely place to take screenshots with the (starry) sky and the sea in the background.
