What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

I don't think a lot of people see the small plot I have in Shiro as prime by any means, but plot 40 isn't really too shabby imo. Consider the following:
- Nice overlooking view of most of the district
- Relatively short proximity to the mb
- Right next to the stairway leading to the secluded beach area with the hidden hot springs

You could certainly do worse, by my reckoning.

so on top of my head. Shirogane plot 8 is my hands down fav.... I'd kill for this plot the hidden cave/secert beach hotsprings. number 2 on my list would be Mists plot 4 great view and you can dive right into the water. number 3 and my current home is mists plot 1 fantasitc view very close to MB. as for smalls my Fav is once again in shirogane being plot 23 you can dive right into the ocean follwed very closley by Goblet plot 51 my former home great veiw plus you have a bottom tier with some benchs a fountain and a nice little hut that you can claim for your own.

I've just relocated to Shirogane Plot 50 and I have to say this is one of the most accessible plots. The MB is directly in front and the sea is just 1 stairs down. It's also relatively near to the apartments and the merchants. The view is also rather good, thanks to the neighbours with good taste in exterior design.

I really love my #7 plot in Shiro. Beach side, very close to the hidden spring, MB right outside. Only issue? Facing the wrong damn way.

There are a lot of Shirogane plots with strange orientations.

Shirogane:
L-#16 I'm going to get alot of crap for this, but I feel it's better than #30 because of the privacy, and the extra land on both sides, bamboo forest. You also don't have to deal with ERPers contaminating your hot springs, with Ummm love nectar.

Shirogane Large Plot #7 is indeed an overlooked spot... great view of the private beach and ocean at the back, private stairs that leads to a cabana on the west side, a minor river and bridge on the east side. This is where our FC calls home.

Recently relocated to Shirogane small #18/38 and I am surprised. It actually has a really good view of the beach and its slightly elevated so you can see down multiple avenues and is also close to a market board and NPCs.

As long as the #20/40 in front of you hasn't put some ugly choco/paissa house there its really nice.

Mist 5# also have a nice spot for diving directly the water from the sea-side.

I recently got my first house (Mist #26) and it's a great little spot. Fantastic view overlooking the beach, market board/summoning bell/aetheryte right outside (really convenient until I was able to get my own vendors), and it's elevated enough that if my neighbors below have any large yard decorations it won't block the view.
