Missing Title after World Crash

Steps:
1. Turned in Fashion Report. Received a score of 100. Received MGP Reward of 50,000. Received Achievement for score of 100. Did not have time to check if I had title.
2. World crashed
3. Logged back in later, still had achievement, did not have title rewarded from Achievement.
4. Achievement is "You Look Marvelous III" and Title is "Fashion Leader"
5. I have tried looking at my Character tab, title list. It is not there.
6. I have tried /title set "Fashion Leader", it says that I am unable to use that title.
7. I talked to Masked Rose again and he gave me the MGP reward again saying something along the lines of "Where did you go...?"
8. I tried presenting my outfit that gives a score of 100 again but that did not work.
EDIT 9. I tried speaking to Jonathas in Gridania just in case, but that didn't work either.
