    Mine had her ice horns and a majority of her hair broken off. The packaging it came it was fairly good which makes me wonder about the handling of it during boxing.

    I cancelled my order. I kept sending them messages asking for the current status of my order, and they only answered one stating that my order had a problem and didn't show up on their system (yet it was already paid) then after a week they didn't even answer, so I had to cancel it.

    The emote is cool, but I didn't like the treatment on the SE store. It's slow, expensive and non communicative.

    so mine arrived with a broken shield arm, and after talking with SE they won't send me a label to return it cause i don't live in america. so going to cost me another $40/50 to ship it back to them then gotta pay for the new one's customs fees again.
