Anyone else receive a broken XIV Shiva figure ?

They're not having much luck with these statues, are they? Mine has been delayed until May due to an issue with the shipment. Part of me wishes they just sent the code ahead of it as that's the only reason I bought it, honestly.

If they weren't already sold out, I'd swap it out.

Glue? After spending that kind of money? You should be demanding a replacement. Were not talking about like 5 bucks here.

The sad thing is SE knew the statues were broken/defective. Didn't they even release a press statement saying they arrived to their warehouse broken after coming from the manufacturer? They knew they weren't perfect and they /still/ sent them out.

You guys should be more outraged. Heck I am for you! I really want this Shiva statue ( so beautiful!! ) but after this I don't think im going to even bother trying the next time orders are open

I suggest immediate pictures of the damage, the box and requests for a reship or RMA process. I didn't order one but the more noise and evidence you gather immediately the more likely they'll do something for you.

I actually pre-ordered this a while back and over a week ago SE emailed to state that it had been damaged in transit and they could no longer send it to me. However that said oh it's fine we'll get you sorted for the May run though, which although I'm glad I'll still get a competed not broken item, it's a bit annoying that the whole scenario happened and now have to wait longer for it.

It took me 4 weeks to get my missing steel case and game in the FFXV UCE I bought from the SE store, and I made a LOT of noise about it, soooo.... Good luck? >.>

That really sucks! I've got no real experience with SE in particular but am referring to in general when I get stuff shipped to me , and I get a LOT of stuff shipped to me since that's the only way for me to get a lot of things, and if it arrives damaged the best responses I have gotten are when I document the damage extensively and immediately submit a complaint along with frequent checkup contacts.
