So you want a SP experience in an MMO?
high rollers can and do set prices, have FCs/guilds disband if they want the name

Buy other peoples land if they prefer that plot..and most players (even with large lots) are poor enough that waving around a huge sum of gil for them to leave isn't something they turn down

High rollers affect the game in nearly every way, and wihout removing a free trade system that can not be altered, better compabies have tried

Funny thing about MMO's..and life in general
Most people are poor enough that a large enough sum of money will make them do nearly anything

Be that hold land as a FC effort, carry in raids, carry to high pvp ratings
Or even level alts to cap purely so it can be deleted on stream
