I was just lamenting that in the PvP forums.

Hate to be the cynic, but don't bother. I reported a bot/botter in PvP months ago, never got a reply from anyone, and saw him in a match yesterday. Their reporting system and whatever they are (or aren't) doing to deal with it is useless.
