Aether Datacenter: I have my main toon on Gilgamesh and have never had any luck with housing. I world hopped and it was a similar situation for the other servers. Either no vacancy or 10 people camping plots. Not even the "lower pop" servers have a lot available, only like 2 or 3 per zone (mist / LB / goblet)

Crystal Datacenter: My alt was created on Goblin, which has always had at least 100 small houses available. The one I left was in the Mist. While I was there, it always had at least 3 empty plots in my ward. There's so many choices for housing, I've even seen medium Shirogane & medium from other zones.

Primal Datacenter
Famfrit (where I moved) had 5 smalls in Goblet camped by 1-2 people, 1 in Lavender Beds camped by 2 people, no vacancy in Mist.

I only looked on Goblet for the following:
Lamia had 4 smalls, all camped by 2-7 people by the placards
Behemoth had 4 smalls, camped
Exodus had 2 smalls, camped
Hyperion had 2 smalls, camped
Leviathan had 1 small, camped
Ultros had no vacancy
Excalibur had no vacancy
