There was a Grade 1 medium in Shirogane right on the shoreline... but I snatched that up right away. Lol. One of the mediums in Mist is probably my old house.

And I can't believe that Goblet mansion is still there. I think it's been vacant for weeks now.

Lamia update. Count performed 5/24/18 at approx 5:15am est. Thats one whole patch since they added new wards, and 2 days since the servers came back online for anyone keeping track.

Each district had at least one house at its minimum value. Additionally, ive heard LS friends buy mist and lavender mediums, and a goblet large all within the last 3 weeks - though none of those are open as of this count.
