Relinquishing is a pain!

Alright my hubby had a house but he doesn't really play anymore so wanted to be able to relinquish the house . . . . . . We had to make an alt on my account so he could friend the alt so that was we could have enough inventory space to clear out the house to relinquish the house. . . . . Can we please share housing plots with our alts? Why isn't this a thing since we can only have one house per account . . . . . . PLEASE ADD THIS!!! We spent an hour transferring everything over to an alt . . . .

It's ridiculous alts can share houses. They talked about it around 4.2 when the new rules went into effect and nothing since. it's been over two years.

Agreed that this has really gone on too long. They could have solved this by allowing us to friend our alts so we could add them manually as tenants and increasing the tenant limit if they couldn't find a way for the game to do it automatically. There are many players who were able to friend their alts using a a log out glitch before SE blocked it so we know it's possible. It makes little sense at this point in time for SE to continue to object to players putting their alts on their friends list.

I mean can't they just make it so that way alts share the same house account wide? I mean they could make exceptions for those who have multiple house on alts from the old days. But this is insane!
