Famfrit on Primal - had a few smalls available in different zones. 1 in Shirogane left and at least 1 in Goblet. Had campers.
Louisoux on Chaos - had multiple smalls on all zones available, and at least 1 medium in Goblet (Plot 4 ward 16). Most of the small houses you can just walk to the placard and buy them outright as they're past cooldown.
