Does it look like those lots are camped? Thinking about making the jump but don't want to walk into the same battle. With my playtime, it is difficult to compete for a lot hours on end.

Some of the more desirable plots are being camped but most of the smalls are just sitting there waiting for a buyer. Not sure how many of them still have a purchase timer pending, though, since I've already got a house so can't check.

Its been awhile since i typed one of these. Count performed between 9 and 9:05am on apr 24. Lots open on Lamia(i own a house, so i cant check if any timers have expired):

Lavender: 6 smalls
Mist: 7 smalls
Goblet: 8 smalls
Shiro: 5 smalls

Ive also noticed a good number of houses opening and being nabbed in the last few weeks before this recent maintenance.

Update on Midgardsormr, at Noon East

The couple plots on desired locations are camped, but in Goblet pretty much everything is ready to be bought already, had a friend get one literally by going to a placard, clicking and getting it.

Sharing little Update what is going on Cactuar:

Yesterday with the Auto Demolition and the Transferring many many Small Plots in all 4 Districts opened but so far I have only heard of 3 Medium Pops and no Large.

Right now this is the current Countings

Lavender Beds: 2 Small Plots open
Mist: 1 Small Plot open
Goblet: 6 Small Plots open
Shirogane: Full

Could say that Cactuar is still heavily full on Housing Side yet with the Auto Demolition we can also hope that Plots will come here and there aswell ^^

As things settle down from yesterdays battle, the wards are filled once more, here in siren's shirogane district its currently full again. There is the possibility of housing plots being made available from auto demolition, or people transferring servers, but that will not meet the demand for housing, i fear even at a modest level, especially if more people are subscribing.

Like it or not, housing has turned out to be a most sought after commodity, rather than it just being an end-game aspect of the ffxiv, housing now has become complimentary to game from start to end-game. I daresay, due to the beauty of the world design, as well as its forseen possible potential.

Thus a more adequate solution in some form of instanced housing should be implemented.

Except a lot of those players are trying to god mode their way through housing instead of RPing it. They expect to have the best house immediately instead of working their way up to it like a living person would.

Yes, so much this. I'm super sad that I haven't been able to find housing in Gilgamesh. I'm tempted to go make alts in other servers or just straight up move.
