MeridaQ is it possible to extend this post to Apartments? As a new player, i am very upset because i can not even get a simple apartment on my server (Mateus) and real talking, i am willing to transfer my character to a place where i can get all the stuff.

Are you sure you can't get an apartment? There's a separate apartment building in each ward and each subdivision of that ward.

Hi!

Like Dustytome said, there are two apartment buildings in each ward (main/subdivision). You can check other wards to buy your apartment.

I visited some wards on Mateus and this is the owners number:

Lavender Beds 14: 13/90; 9/90 (sub);
Mist 17: 15/90; 29/90 (sub);
Goblet 14: 8/90; 6/90 (sub);
Shirogane 13: 21/90; 8/90 (sub);

You have got to be doing something wrong to not be able to find an apartment. Several of my characters have apartments, and there are always empty slots in their buildings from people moving/relocating, and I'm like, 99% sure one of them just isn't even a full building yet. Edit: None of them are full buildings yet.

Is the issue more that you can't get an apartment in the housing ward you want one in?

EDIT:

Mists Ward 17 - Subdivision: Empty slot, and this building has several more pages to it could have filled up.


Shirogane Ward 4 - Main Map: The third page of apartments on this one only has 2 rooms on it, the rest of the page is open and ready to be filled with tenants.


Lavender Beds Ward 2 - Main Map: Clearly, a lot of empty apartments here as well.


Goblet Ward 12 - Main Map: There was another empty slot on one of the earlier pages as well.


And these are just some of the options. One for each housing area at least. I can check other wards too, but that that point, you should be doing the work yourself, which you've clearly not done, other wise I wouldn't have had to do this.

I'll just add that Every building can have up to 90 rooms.

Well with the anoucement today Mateus will be a server able to transfer for free when they balance the servers. So id say if you wanna move say your $$ and wait..shop around servers for the one you feel is for you
