[Feature Request] Please give Road to 60 for New/Preferred World transferees

There are so many players who had missed the opportunity of making the most out of Road to 60 and would've like to have it again for leveling alt-jobs (or even the main jobs after returning) If the new players are entitled to it then why in the world are the returning and transferring players who paid for the transfer aren't? Even the players who transferred from congested world risks never returning to their previous server in exchange for the free transfer.

If you want an invasion of bots on your "preferred" server, then sure, go for it. Louisoux was pretty full of them.

Transferring players get to keep all their gil when they transfer (if it's congested to preferred).
New players get a road to 60 buff.

If they gave it to all players joining a server, people would just continually hop server to keep the buff, defeating the point of what the balancing incentives are trying to do.

Could have been enough to make me transfer off instead of making an alt to play for a week and go back to Balmung.
