Constant disconnects and freezes.

I started playing FFXIV around a month or so ago thanks to Netflix's Dad of Light series, and for the first couple weeks it was perfect.
So I thought I'm okay with spending on it, bought the expansion and some moogleshop items, and right after I start getting freezes (not graphical freezes), the game just stops and nothing responds, then disconnect.

I noticed that whenever the game freezes if I don't send too many commands to the client I might be able to avoid the disconnect and it just fast-forward to catch up on whatever happened since the freeze started, but sometimes it's not apparent the game froze - lost connection, for a better word.
If I'm during a cutscene clicking the textboxes for example it's a 100% disconnect. When I'm in battle I now I can just stand still without pressing anything to avoid the disconnect, although most of the times I'm sure to come back dead.

The freezes last between 5~10 seconds, happens every 20~30 min and persists through the day. I haven't noticed any periods where it's more frequent, but it appears during the weekends it's worse.

I'm afraid of going into a dungeon, because any freezes during it's pretty much certain death and a bother to my party. I also just lost a queue as DpS on 25 min elapsed because I got disconnected since I was reading text and didn't noticed the freeze.
It's frankly annoying, borderline unplayable - I can only quest and not attempt any challenging stuff unless I wait for the next freeze and do whatever I can for the next 20 min.

I'm on Windows 10, Brazil, ISP is Live TIM, and the connection is completely fine for everything BUT FFXIV.
I tested with various other games for long periods: Guild Wars 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Battlefield 1, Battlefield 4, Splatoon 2.
I also tested using a VPN and the issue persisted. It got worse in fact, since the freezes were more frequent (or because it was during the weekend).
And I reseted my router and connection countless times.
My character is on Primal Data Center, Ultros World.

This is draining my will to play, I'm still very early in the game but I'm at the point where most of my quests are sending me to dungeons/trials, stuff I'm afraid to attempt with these disconnects. And right after I decided to spend on the game...
Any chance this is a known/common issue and that it'll be fixed sometime?

exactly the same thing since 4.2. I'm so f*****g done today...I was queueing for a lvl 50 duty for 25 MINUTES and the game just decided to disconnect and completely lag out just by standing in Limsa Lominsa. I was just waiting for the duty to pop and commence and its ridiculous. I am so done that I'm unsubscribing because it is not normal or right from them to expect us to pay for a service and its just this utter s**t.

yeah Ive been disconnected 5 mins ago from a 25 minute queue and not going back to queue...f*****g done for today...not gonna bother at all because I'm not spending my money on this anymore. I never had any kind of issue within this game but they refuse to acknowledge they f****d something up with 4.2 and its unplayable...very disappointed and frustrated

One update, I noticed the chat keeps working when the game loses the connection, I can still send AND receive messages just fine. So it's just the game that freezes and drops the connection after a while.

Yep, sounds like my usual day LOL. Had these issues since September of last year.

and if u see some of the threads when we do put our feet down and bring these things up that are making the game unplayable some players are like "oh youre just making this up because I have no issue"...well no offense but who the hell cares. if you don't have these issues thats fanf*****gtastic but there are definitely thousands of players that either do not know about the tech supports forum and been suffering these lags and disconnects that make the game unbearable and a bad experience altogether and it sucks the enjoyment out of it. and we pay for the game and some of them said about using a VPN...hell no I'm not paying for a private VPN just to play this game when I'm already paying for the game. that's preposterous

I have officially unsubscribed from the game and not paying for it until they figure out something because as I said prior to 4.2 everything ran without issues. and I'm sure we wont see any kind of compensation for the days lost and the problems and errors we have had to put up with I guarantee that

yep error 90002 like usual, just got DC 4 times in 1 dungeon run.

again like i post in other thread, this only happen in dungeon and nowhere else, i can afk my char in any town or any open field for hours and its fine but, the moment i went into dungeon i got dc error 90002 within minutes

has been like this since SB expansion, great game but hindered by annoying error zzzz
