Sigmascape 2.0 Loot Bug, in game GM's refuse to acknowledge or fix

We received only 1 loot chest after defeating sigmascape 2.0 Savage with no player saved to the boss that week. We had received full loot on Sigmascape Savage 1.0. The only player that was not with us on 1.0 savage was a new player bonus for 2.0. Meaning they had never done it before. This was clearly a bug in the game that prevented us from receiving 3 pieces of loot. The tomestone, the polish, and an item drop. We've sent in 2 bug reports and both times GM's said that they won't do anything if the loot never dropped. This is extremely poor customer service considering the fault is on the system and not the players.

Date & Time: Saturday February 17th, aproximately 2pm EST.

-The first 7 players had received full loot in Sigmascape 1.0 Savage just before defeating Sigmascape 2.0 Savage. and Thorland was a new player bonus for 2.0 Savage. How then did we only receive one chest? To clarify we double checked and there was NO message stating anyone had already completed the duty (because no one had) -

Steps:
1. Enter Sigmascape Savage 1.0 Defeat it with 2 chest drops.
2. Enter Sigmascape Savage 2.0 Defeat it in on the first try with 1 chest drop.

One possible choice : that bonus player joined but didn't clear O5S before.

If the leader of the party cleared the previous floor, he can still queue the party for the next one, even if one player in group didn't clear O5S.
You have no guanrantee that player cleared O5S. If I remember correctly, only the player who will see his drops get skipped from the previous floor is the one who actually get the message diplayed. it's perfectly normal.

There's rarely bugs for Savage loot.

The loot warning only appears if the party leader selects Duty Completion as the objective when signing up. And are you absolutely sure Thorland hadn't entered 3.0 or 4.0 savage at some point earlier in the week? That would flag him as having already cleared for the week without taking away the first-time bonus.

How did you double check if there was no message for "completed duty" will it even appear in chatlog?

I never heard of this bug yet, not saying it's impossible though. Just wanted to say it is possible that there is a "first timer - bonus" even if that new player has already an ID. He could have gone in a different group before with cleared fights/further progress before joining in yours. Resulting in 1 chest removed.

Thorlan would have had to have entered 07s or 08s and then joined us but even then the game always gives a message when someone joins who has already "cleared". This message was never shown. We went through chat lots to double check. All loot related messages are posted in chat. It is very unlikely that the bug was in the message not being shown vs. the loot not being dropped. Though it is possible. Either way, the game's systems failed one way or another.

As I said in my previous post, the loot warning only appears if the party leader selects Duty Completion as the objective when signing up for the duty. If that isn't set as the objective, there is NO WARNING!

Also if someone fully disconnects before you win it'll give you 1 chest, because otherwise people could cheat the system by having several force dc before a win, then redo the fight for more loot. So if someone does dc, hold/wipe the fight.

If you still have the in game logs, you can check how many people passed/rolled on the loot. Find out who has zero logs for either, and you find the person that messed up the loot. While you say you'd cleared Sigma 1.0 'just before' 2.0, was it really like... 20 minutes before entering Sigma 2.0? If you guys cleared 1 night and went back for 2.0 the next night, it's completely possible that anyone in your normal group of 7 might have joined a party for Guardian or Kekfa practice, not knowing that it would screw over loot for 2.0. But again, checking the loot rolling logs would single out the person who goofed.

firstly, we went into O6S immediately after O5S, and secondly i believe we checked, and all 8 players recieved books, meaning no one could have possibly cleared for the week.
