    This is the easy - not even proven - argument to say only "no life people" do that kind of thing. Yes it exists but,
    More players than what you could imagine do have lives and work and sometimes take a day off work for specific patchs or feature release.

    Specific up time saves time of those that are busy. Even if someone takes a day off, I'm rather confident that such a person, on average, far prefers to spend those few hours doing whatever else they have to do (laundry, shopping, play with children, spend time with their partner etc.) than constantly try to log in. Most would feel FORCED and their time wasted if it was not like that.


    You three have taken my comment "in a void", considering the no life outside games comment in a void. However, it is not a void. There is an option of the maintenance ending on a clock.

    And it is proven. No one said that every person addicted to gaming does it or that only they do it. But people addicted to gaming are far more prone to doing it.
