    Ineractive furnishing limit is annoying

One thing that drives me nuts is the 40 item limit on interactive pieces before the they start disappearing. Most of the best furniture or most useful housing items are interactive from paintings, aquariums, blank partitions, NPC vendors, orchestions, summoning bell/armoir/unending journey/armory chest and even certain miniatures and lamps to name a few. Also the limit doesn't prioritize what items pop in and out of existence properly.

When can this limit be addressed so that we can have all these items available without them going into the void on to pop back up

Yeah when you have a 300-400 item limit but can't have more than 40 of those items be interactive it's just annoying. Especially when it is the fish tanks that disappear first, even though there only two other interactive items on that floor with it.

They should have an NPC to whom you can trade any interactive furnishing to in return for an 'Imitation' version of that item that isn't interactive.

I've got several interactive items that I don't actually need the special feature of.

They could even have some fun with the tooltips - Imitation Manor Harpsichord: Literally unplayable.

Think about it, nobody wants to die, there's rules to this game son, I'm justified.

What I wouldn't give for this feature. It's beyond frustrating either having to deal with pop-in furniture or restricting how many you use, especially for larger houses.

I'd still rather they add something to the housing menu where you could make changes to 'interactive' items that lets you fill in the wallpaper, or flowers, etc and then they're just solid non-interactive items outside of that menu.

would be nice if they just had the blank walls only be morphed once into what wall it will become. that's it. if you want a new one buy a new wall. it would help big time to avoid having so many interactive items. that's hard to do with as is

I ran into this problem pretty quickly decorating my medium house. I only have 3 blank partitions, but what got me is things like food items and dragon lamps. There's really no reason for a limit to even exist. There's so little that needs to be loaded in inside a house that even the PS4 shouldn't have issues with it. If anything at least make it like 75 items.

Does anyone actually eat the food they put out? You should have the option to make it interactive or not when you place it. Unfortutunately I had to take down all my flowers and replace them with generic ones from the NPC to solve this in my house.
