It can be caused by an abnormal connection, a public network (Internet cafe, University connection), the use of a VPN or simply too many rapid attempts. We advise waiting 48 hours before trying again as too many transaction in a set amount of time can make the error worse.

This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as contact with the Square Enix Support Center is necessary to resolve the issue.
