Lodestone character data is years out of date

Hi,

For some reason my character data on the Lodestone hasn't updated in years, and seems to have stopped updating/be wrong for different things from different points in time.

First problem is that my character is now on Tonberry not Shiva, and has been that way since 2.0. Incidentally, the character selector here in the forums only shows my levels at what I presume they were when I transferred.

Second is the character face/thumbnail thing, which is showing me before I used a fantasia into a Lalafell which I think was sometime during Heavensward. The Race/Clan/Gender bit also hasn't updated to reflect that change.

Third is that the levels of my classes stopped updating sometime late during 3.x, but definitely much later than when I used that fantasia. What is shown here is different from what the forum thinks my levels are as well.

Fourth is my current gear wont update, possibly from the same point in time as my class levels but I can't be sure.

Lastly, the picture of my character between my gear does update itself to reflect what I am wearing, and appears to be the only part of my page that does update. (I have tested that this does update by logging out in different outfits).

Any assistance on this issue would be much appreciated.
