    tool tips stop working

    For a couple of nights now, the hover over tool tips in the UI will stop working. This has happened when interacting with a vendor NPC, on both a NA and JP server. Logging out and back in fixes it for now.

    When exactly did this start happening? Do you have any other programs running while the game is playing?

    Does this happen consistently? And is it only when interacting with the vendor NPCs?

    Also, what exactly do you mean by they 'stop working?' Do they simply not appear?
