Primal has had historical PF lockouts on certain jobs especially since the start of SB. Over the past few weeks, I've seen maybe two PF listings exclusively excluding SAM. In other cases, there's either a SAM already in the party, a MNK already in the party, parse runs, looking for very specific jobs (i'm not gonna begrudge a BRD for wanting a DRG) or flat out is allowing all dps. Instances with all dps slots filled and there happens to be no SAM cant be counted for obvious reasons.
