Can't tuck shirts into pants, but for some reason pants get tucked into a lot of shoes.

This bothers me so much. I get a glamour idea that deviates from my usual "leather man" look and then I notice my pants tucked into shoes/boots and it ruins the image, thus making me go back to my usual glamour because at least that looks decent.

Even with all of the skirts we have the devs are incredibly stingy about giving us many that are knee length, purely leg gear, don't have a odd waist-band, and dyeable. Everything usually seems to either be floor-length or it sits slightly below the crotch. Like, all that I can think of that meets all of that criteria is the crafted versions of the world of darkness gear and the far eastern beauty skirt.

The variety of leg gear and the length of body gear really need consideration.

Yeah, and we have the majority of tops that go to the floor instead of the waist. There are so many tops I could make work in outfits, but they cover up the bottoms that go best with them, and look awkward with open front skirts that just look silly.

On top of that, they just keep adding them that way...

There are also the Griffin Leather Skirts of Fending and Maiming. A 60 2-star master recipe iirc.

These are gorgeous and can be dyed. But we definitely still have a great shortage of them. Aesthetically, these in particular are definitely meant for melee combat, so some knee high skirts more suited for ranged attackers would be most welcome. Especially if they are going to keep skirts like these role exclusive.

Sadly the boarder on those isn't dyeable so it does limit dye options if you're particular about colour.

Agree, agree, agree, agree, agree. Variety is the spice of life, and we need more of it in terms of gear. Plus, the side / butt capes often make for some god-awful clipping...

Welcome to the world of being at the mercy of a 3D modeler(Computer Graphic Designer, whatever, don't need to be a fancy name), where one tiny detail can ruin a whole set for the observer. This was exactly would lead me to becoming a 3D modeler several years ago.

I'm just checking in to say I wholeheartedly agree with the OP. I've always liked the Ala Mhigan Resistance uniform, but even that has a coat tied around the waist to make an ersatz buttcape. I'm a conservative dresser; how about some simple, practical (i.e. boring) gear more suited to life on the road than in a ballroom?

I agree. There are so many outfits that I pass on because of that.

Can we get rid of pauldrons too? At the very least, get rid of the big ones.
