You can not win a game without a healer, so why make no requirements to have at least one healer? There are times where if I get into a party with no healer, I don't bother fighting cause I know I'm going to lose without a healer. Unless it is a 1v1 situation.

Why not learn and play healer? Since healers have a high influence in any PvP mode, you'll benefit greatly from playing the role.
