Missing 2 items from mogstation

Steps:
1. I deleted a character that had the same name "Divine Zr" in the same world
2. 5mins later, I created a character with the same name (wanted to change diff race and such since it was just a level 2 char"
3. Bought 2 boosts for the character but have yet to be delivered. (bought an item nd sent to mogstation to test it out as well and it was delivered but the other 2 boosts have not yet.)

Did you have other items mailed to you from SE as well? created characters get all of the veteran bonuses, collectors edition items and everything as well. try deleting your opened mail from SE then in the upper right request delivery of the things that you haven't received yet
