Yes I have, unfortunately, I am still experiencing difficulties with logging into the game it has been a week since I first started experiencing difficulties with logging into the game. Specifically, I am only experiencing difficulties logging into my main character Aikawa Yuri (Elemental Typhon). This problem only occurred when teleporting to Gyr Abani I have no issues logging in to new characters or teleporting to other locations

The "Now Loading" screen is infinite it does not go away and it will not load, I have let it "load" for an entire day 24h+ and it still persists.. normally it only takes a few seconds or a minute to load, and I have never had any trouble loading any area in the game before.


What happened before the bug and after:

1. I was in a group
2. I was waiting for a dungeon and doing the FATES in the area
3. The dungeon was ready and i was fighting so i ran awtriednd trid to change job
4. I died
5. I was teleported to Gyr Abania Fringes
6. The area would not load (I waited a very long time for it to load 10 min +)
7 I restarted FFXIV
8 I was stuck on the "now loading screen" and have been since


Steps I have taken to fix the problem:

left the "now loading" screen on for an entire day

Restarted the game

Reset all setting in game and from launcher

Changed Game to direct x 9 and restarted

Changed Game back to direct x 11 and restarted

Reinstalled direct x and run times

Created new characters

Updated and installed new drivers (ALL of them)

Used Task manager to kill every background process so only FF was running and tried to log in

used software to kill background processes and tried to log in

Changed keyboard and mouse

left the character select screen running for hours before trying to log in

Asked SE support team (they directed me to the in-game GM)

Asked the GM for help ((twice) they directed me here))
