    Constant 2002 error lobby connection

    Hi, my wife was playing fine on her pc account last night (australian time), and we had a blackout. Since then she has not been able to reconnect to play, constantly getting this lobby server error 2002.
    Now i play as well on our ps4 and have had no issue.
    We play on Chaos , Cerberus server. I have with my limited knowledge checked our port forwarding and it seems ok. I have restarted pc, router, and nbn box.

    Best i have managed was logging into a u.s. server and making a new character but got dcd 90006 on trying to log in

    I can play world of warcraft, diablo and overwatch still on same pc.

    Any solution would be greatly appreciated as this is our couples game lol.

    yep welcome to the club. these issues been ongoing for a while now. for me it all started with patch 4.2

    have the same problem now it was fine yesterday but not now i can play on another data center but not on chaos

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    If you have no issues with your PS4, but can't log in on the PC, it sounds like it's something local to that device.

    How is the PC connected to the internet? Does it have a wired or wireless connection?

    Make sure that any anti-virus or firewall you have has an exception for the game.
