SE emailed us we were being charged but didn't took the money directly from the CC we had to active one option that prolly is in your SE account called "debit now" to authorize the transaction.
the email never said i had to do it myself. thought se was automatically going to do it
Where exactly is this option? I can't seem to find it.
Edit: Square Enix Store ->Your Account -> Orders -> Manage -> Debit Now
Why won't they show this option when ordering.. every time I've been stressed out about having to wait around for SE to take the money, every time there has been issue with the payment on their end...

Pretty weird situation and the emails don't state if they will give feedback if the charge failed so if you're not careful you can end up with the pre order cancelled.

I thought this was really stupid how this works. I pre-ordered/purchased the expansion back in February and I was just charged 4 days ago. lol.
I don't understand why they just don't charge take the money right then and there.
To be honest even with Stormblood it wasn't very clear... hoped they would improve after 2 expansions on this behavior since even now people have emotions regarding the purchase.
Set it on the mog station along with the other items and let the preview site, just be preview, but no let's make a preview site which leads to the SE main store and complicate things.

Only one of my pre-orders were paid for even though I got 2.
Neither states we can Debit Now. So confused now. And concerned.
I went ahead and did debit now to ease my worries.
