Usable option incorrectly grayed out

Currently affected items you can find in my last retainer (in the order they are listed when you interact with the bell) or inventory (of course I'm not trying to "use" any of them without first moving them to the inventory):

Note 1:
100% of the minions/mounts/barding I get are affected

Note 2:
Before the big patch at the beginning of February I didn't have the issue and the Gear Coffers I had at the time were not affected by the issue, while they are now.

Note 3:
The only other usable reward I got from Squadron missions, Squadron Engineering Manual, is not affected.

Note 4:
The option "reset setting" from the launcher does not fix the issue.
