Complaint about latency/packet loss

Would really like to express my cocern about the latency/packet loss issue that has been going on for months. I understand it involves multiple parties and took a while to resolve for me which mine has seem to go away. But during that time what my big concern was i could not pvp or rank up to get in top 100 for the limited time glamour, honestly couldnt really play at dung dalies and raids were nearly impossible. But since i was unsuccessfully able to get the limited time glamour for pvp I will be thinking long and hard if i want to continue my subscription because of what I lost in gameplay/items during those almost 3-5 months.
