    Character Model picture missing from Lodestone

    For the past week my personal Lodestone page:
    https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...acter/2451536/

    only shows the blank character model:


    Logging in and out of the game on my PS4 does not affect the status of the lodestone page picture, nor does logging in and out of the lodestone webpage either on my home computer or work computer on Firefox and Chrome.

    I'm not sure what else I can try to make my character model appear again.

    This isn't a common issue we've seen. As such, I have escalated this issue so it will be looked into. In the meantime, you mentioned that it started a week ago? Did anything happen on your account that coincides with that? Are you having any trouble in-game or is it just the image on the Lodestone?

    Any other information you can give us will help with resolving this issue.

    We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

    I don't have any trouble in game, it just appears to be the image on the lodestone.

    The only thing I can think of that changed the day this started was when I reached rank 7 with the Ananta beast tribes and acquired the Marid elephant mount and received the achievement "My Anantconda". After that point that's when the issue appeared. I don't know if this is what triggered it or not for sure. Hopefully this info can help.

    I had a similar issue earlier this week - the picture on the Loadstone for one of my characters was a blank picture for a period of a day or two. That issue resolved itself after having logged into that character and out again.
    No problems in-game, and no clue what may have triggered it.
