If some people would like things to be more exclusive or more things that are exclusive, then the ideal solution is to exclude only those same people that advocate for exclusivity from those things.

That way, the only people that get excluded will be people who want someone to be excluded, whereas people who would rather not have people excluded remain unaffected.

And then, after a couple years, we'll make a poll among the excluded to see how many of them still see exclusivity as a good thing and allow those that changed their mind to be included as well, while keeping the rest excluded in accordance with their wish for people being excluded.
