    Preffered World Transfer Question

    Are the bonuses still going on? Like I remember seeing something about it and am thinking about hopping over to one of them so I can bring in new people without waiting in the morning for a 2 hour window for them to jump into.

    The bonuses are still there, but please read carefully about exactly when they apply before you start any transferring:

    Transfer bonuses only apply when you transfer to a New world, or from a Congested world to a Preferred world.
