Hi everyone, we are a 7/8 midcore static LF a BRD/MCH for our final spot! We are currently at o7s(post-virus phase), with some of us having enrage exp already. Our raids are scheduled on Tues, Fri, Sun 2130 - 0030(GMT+8).

What we aim to achieve in this static is:

- clear content together as a team in a non toxic environment. We can laugh of mistakes as we progress but of course repeated silly mistakes should be something each person should work on so we can keep our raid atmosphere casual and fun

- have 8 players with the same mindset of being prepared for raid like reading up, knowing what utility your class bring to this fight specifically, consumables etc. Be on time for raid, everyone’s time is precious so as much as possible try not to delay the start!

- as much as we want to clear content fast, everyone has different learning speeds and those who are faster can always help each other out. I think this is a very important point because frustration kicks in if everyone is not having the same expectations. Constructive criticism or suggestions can go a long way.

- to have this like a gaming family. We are not people who only log on for just those 3 hours of raiding 3 times a week. We want to hang out together for other stuffs as well whenever there's an opportunity!

And yes we will be doing UCoB when we have progression done. So you won't feel bored once Tier progression is over.
