    2002 error for NA servers but not JP or EU

    Hi,
    I play on Brynhildr from the UK which i have done since launch and never had an issue. Tonight i was disconnected at about 12.15 am and have been unable to log in again since. I can, however log onto any JP or EU server. Any ideas?

    Can you elaborate on the kind of disconnect you are having?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    You get a 2002 error every time you try to log into the NA data center? So it will not let you get to the character selection screen, correct?

    Correct, this issue is on my PC, wired connection. However the game works perfectly on my ps4, wireless.

    Sorry to add other programs i have running are discord (but not in voice chat) and google chrome.

    Thank you for the reply xshevix.

    It's odd that you are having connection issues on only one device, and that you are only having trouble with one data center. When you log into the EU or JP data centers, do you have any characters on them? Do you have any kind of disconnections when you do?

    You can try doing a clean boot. Simply go t the task manager, click the star up tab and disable everything here. Then restart your PC. Make sure not to run anything else on the computer at the same time.

    You are using a VPN when trying to connect? If so, try disabling this and connecting normally.
