Pretty much this every single time it crashes.
I thought it was the drivers at first because I have been trying to get my graphics cards to do Max 3D (590 & 295) and have been crashing a few times because of it. But when I logged off two days ago and then tried to log back in the same spot I had done nothing but browse the internet during that time.
Ok first thing, I've noticed crashes being triggered by the 3D Vision module of nvidia cards, so if you have an nvidia card try to reinstall the driver without 3D Vision, also I'm still getting crashes with an error exactly like the one you just post it same Fault offset, so I'm working on it to figure out what could be causing this and if it's fixable

I had a few previously at Fault offset: 0x005f2bba. Then a reinstall and it changed to what I had posted previously Fault offset: 0x005fbc5e. I have reinstalled again and so far no problems. And I dont have any display issues showing up.
