I have warned them that if they don't sort this sh*t out people will leave. its ridiculousreinstalling probably would help but she feels like that it too much hassle to do every time the game gets an update. She has decided to just cancel her subscription since there is no clear way to have this issue fixed and she had only been able to play about 5 days out of the 30 day period. thanks for your time.
it is ridiculous. we had played since 1.0 and have legacy so we actually do enjoy the game. It is when seemingly simple issues arise that go unresolved for the length that this had that people don't see the point in continuing to pay for the subscription. She took a break when an issue went unresolved before. I am just glad that she did not waste the money on stormblood.
