    Mouse Stutter during play

    Evening,

Sometimes immediately, but usually after a period of time, the mouse will begin to stutter and make the game almost unplayable. Looking at the hardware during this time, there doesn't seem to be a reason for this doing so (CPU/GPU/RAM not maxed, no major FPS dips at these points, just the mouse.)

The mouse is set to software mode, as not having this enabled makes the cursor miniscule and impossible to see (WHY does it not scale with the UI?)

Hardware below, but I've been playing this game for years and the issue is fairly recent (Last 2-3 months)

    CPU: AMD FX-6300
    GPU: R9 270x
    RAM 8GB 1600mhz

    Things that I've tried:

    - Using a different mouse, and verifying that this doesn't happen on a different PC with the same mouse
    - Turned the graphics to minimum
    - Capped FPS at 30
    - Latest drivers/directx/redist

Currently trying with hardware mouse, and will switch to DX9 to see if this fixes the issue.

Good news, switching to DX9 mode seems to have fixed the issue. 3 hours with no mouse stutter reappearance.

Hopefully this is a quick fix to anyone having the same issue.
