    error 90002

    While running dungeons mainly occasionally I suffer from connection lost errors code 90002, also i have noted stuttering lag, where everything freezes for a split second then catchs up, this is quite a new issue perhaps a week or two old, it kind of co-insides with the NA data centre issue but Im residing on the EU data centre, also reading there it says some EU players have the same issue as me, i have no changes to my PC software/hardware
    I play steam version on the PC with wired internet connection, i have also tried the internet explorer fix which was stated on there.

    Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having?

    Please provide:

    - the nature of the latency

    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)

    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    Nature of the latency is hard to describe have tried to a friend, its just all player stop for the briefiest of seconds then it goes, i notice my sending number gets a bit low around that point.
    Programs run: discord, skype and firefox
    I have done most of the things in the main NA thread since my issue seems to corrolate with that, includes all the internet explorer things, Port forwarding on the modem.
    This issue is new and i have been playing for a very long time without any problems or even changes to hardware or software or ISP, which makes me think the NA issue could be the same as mine, if so im happy to wait till a fix is sorted, the game is not totally unplayable for me, just a tad annoying having a 90002 error mid fight.

    Kaylaa, Thank you for your response.

    Have you tried playing without running and background programs? I am curious to know if that makes a difference.

    I have just ran some instances without any of my usual background programs running and the issue is still there, only other program running is advanced system care but that hasnt given any issues before, did not recieve any 90002 errors but doesnt mean i wont at a later time, there doesnt seem to be any trigger to the errors far as i can see i.e total freezing then error just seems all of a sudden

    *update* as of today the random 90002 dcs are still occuring, while not very oftren it gets a tad annoying while in dungeons and specially trials where the use of limit break is required, there is no precurser warning to the dc either (i.e everyone freezing) just randomally occurs

    mine is still persisting. the Japanese data center was under DDOS attack according to another player so we don't know more than that. I get constantly DCed and the lags are annoying and I can do whatever its still gonna happen no matter what I do. so youre not alone I'm afraid. I had about 5 dcs in the last hour and its ridiculous at this point.

    Have you tried contacting your ISP? Or re-installing the game?

    Its not ISP related, have checked with BT and there is no internet issues in my area, also i can play Diablo III with no issues at all (only other game i have that i play activily on PC) Havent tried a fresh install but reading other players replys on it not working for them makes me abit relucant to as it would take considerable time to download the required files again through steam.

    while it can get a bit annoying, i do understand you are all doing your best with the current issues, the game isnt totally unplayable for me so im just adjusting to it
