SAM looking for midcore static GMT +10

I am a ilvl 356 SAM main who also likes to play as MNK which is also ilvl 356. I am up to O7S and with a bit of practice i think i can make it to virus with no problem. (I know the mechs. I just hate missiles)

I am looking for a static who is serious about progression for current and future content. I am open to doing previous level synced content for a challenge too.

For the right group i may consider DRG or caster but i have geared for SAM and MNk already so i will not be able to penta meld but will be able to craft them.
I will also have to learn rotations and how to max my dps but this should not be too much of an issue. But still would rather remain in jobs that i am comfortable and geared in already.
