Rabanastre should just get it's own queue please

I don't like running it with the kind of people who are used to typically getting ez mode raids like void ark in roulettes.

I.e. you don't like pugs. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved by putting it into its own queue.

The only way out here is a premade. Making full alliances is cumbersome, but possible.

At least when it was by itself the people who queued for Rabanastre were the people that expected Rabanastre.
