Rabanastre should just get it's own queue please

2) Personally I prefer getting Rabanstre in raid roulette over basically everything else (Dun Scaith is kinda okay too) - so... what are we doing now?
I like Raba, you dont - I'll suck it up when I get LotA, you suck it up when you get Raba since thats how a roulette works. Deal?

You know full well, roulette in this game does not exactly mean roulette. It's instead: "This week's dungeon you'll get".
