Lag and dropped packets

Getting a lot of lag, dropped packets, Even disconnected once today and everyone else on the server and in my FC was fine, this was during a dungeon run, where I was getting lag spikes almost every other pull. Getting them when I'm crafting in the cities as well. Could just be typical MMO lag but it's becoming very noticeable as opposed to something that happens every now and then. here are some traceroutes. It always seems to be line 15 that has an issue. no background programs except for steam, the typical programs that have to be on, and my keyboard and mouse profiles.
