Can agree that the lower housing price's truely started the cataclismic disaster we have now, even when they added Personal housing as an Option some Smalls on Behemoth were still unused (heck even a few Mediums & larges were still unused then too, hence how my FC back then got a Medium in a Lav bed sub-ward... which I gave up not to long ago as the FC died to the point that I was "last one standing" & was planing to leave it)

As much as returning to old prices maybe a good idea it probably won't fix the situation very much, if at all
